Manually Set the Responsible User
CACS Enterprise gives management the flexibility to automatically assign
work lists with similar characteristics to a specific user, group of users,
or an Outside Collection Agency.
Management defined collector
assignment rules are evaluated to determine which accounts are assigned
to specific users, thus making them the responsible user. If an account
does not satisfy any of the assignment criteria, the system automatically
assigns it to the default user ensuring that it is not overlooked.
If you have the proper capability level, you can use
the Change Responsible
User Action menu option to manually assign the responsible user.
