Outside Agency   As a collector, you have the option of manually assigning an account to an outside collection agency, recalling the account from an outside collection agency, and confirming the return of an account from an outside collection agency. The following activities are displayed when you select Outside Agency from the Action menu:

• Recall
• Confirm
