Collector Assignment Rule
The Collector Assignment Rule consists of the sequence number, the CACS Enterprise state code for which the assignment rule applies, various assignment criteria, and the collector ID of the individual to whom the account should be assigned. The sequence number determines the order in which the system compares the account data to the rule in order to assign a user.
