Time Schedule
Time scheduling allows you to reschedule an account for work at a specific
time later in the same day. You may reschedule an account for work on
the same work list or route it to a different state and reschedule it
for work on that list. The time is based on a 24-hour or 12-hour clock
depending on your user profile. Therefore, if using the 24-hour clock,
you would enter a time of 1500 to schedule an account for work at 3:00
p.m. The time entered must be greater than
the current time and less than 2400.
To Time Schedule an account:
- From the Collector
Action menu, select Time Schedule. The CACS Enterprise
Browser displays the Action
dialog for Time Schedule.
- Select the state you wish to route the account
to from the Route
to State drop down list. (Optional)
- Select an excuse from the Excuse
drop down list. (Optional)
- Specify when you wish to reschedule the account
by entering the time in the Time
field.
- Enter the User ID to assign the account. If
you are not sure of the User ID, you can perform a search by selecting
the Lookup hyperlink to open the User Lookup dialog.
- Enter text regarding the time scheduling in the
History Text box. (Optional)
- Select the correspondence type (if any) from the
Correspondence drop down. (Optional)
- Click Submit
or Submit
& Next to submit the information, or Cancel
to cancel the action.
The CACS Enterprise Browser routes the account to the appropriate work
list after the scheduled time has expired.
