Activity Dialog
The Action dialog is used to record the results of a collection action
(e.g., results of an outbound call) or initiate a collection action (e.g.,
send a correspondence) on an account. The title bar of the Action
dialog displays the activity being recorded. The CACS Enterprise
Browser customizes the dialog and corresponding fields based on the requested
action and the user’s capability level. The user enters activity
details, promise arrangements, free-format permanent notes pertaining
to the action, and correspondence sent/transaction generated. The
Action dialog contains an Activity Details section and three hyperlinks:
Promise, History Text, and Correspondence/ Transaction, or the user may
scroll down to the desired fields. Once the user finishes entering
all action details, the user selects either the Submit
or the Submit
& Next push-button (available when in work list processing mode
only).
