Record History Text
At different times throughout the collection process, you need to record
history text on the outcome of an action. For example, you would want
to record history text on the results of an outgoing
call. This is done by accessing the History Text tab on the Action
dialog. The History Text view allows you to enter multiple lines of
free-form text associated with a particular action. Once entered, the
text becomes part of the account’s processing history and it cannot be
updated or removed.
