Bureau Request

Use the Bureau Request Collector Action option to request a Credit Bureau Report for the account.  

Follow these steps to record a Bureau Request:

  1. From the Collector Action drop down list, select Bureau Request.  The CACS Enterprise Browser displays the Action dialog for Bureau Request.
  2. Select the party you talked to from the Party Contacted drop down list.
  3. Select the state you wish to route the account to from the Route to State drop down list. (Optional)
  4. Enter the date that the account is next scheduled to be worked in the Hold Date field. (Optional)
  5. Enter the User ID to assign the account.  If you are not sure of the User ID, you can perform a search by selecting the Lookup hyperlink to open the User Lookup dialog.
  6. Select the Request Type (Consumer or Business; one of these may not be available depending on the Contacts on the account)

  7. Select the Credit Bureau to receive the request. (Optional)

  8. Select the Report Type to be provided.

  9. Select the Subject(s) for which the report is requested.

  10. Enter text regarding the bureau request in the History Text field. (Optional)

  11. Select the desired correspondence you wish to send from the Correspondence drop down list.

  12. Click Submit or Submit & Next to process the request, or Cancel to end the request.
