Workflow Designer

The Workflow Designer provides a graphical view of the organization's structure.  Through Workflow Designer, management can view and navigate to the following tables:

• Locations
• Functional Areas
• States

Workflow Designer also provides the ability to navigate to certain rules tables based on where the rule is located in the organization's structure:

• Transaction State Assignment (TSA)
• Input Transaction Assignment (ITA)
• Collector Assignment (CA)

Access privileges to Workflow Designer are controlled on the User Class and User Profile tables using the same fields and values as for System Administration access.  The Workflow Designer option on the Navigation menu launches the facility.

At the location level, Workflow Designer provides the ability to perform the following actions:

• Save As
• Update
• Delete
• Add new functional areas
• Expand functional areas
• Collapse functional areas
• Create/Update ITA Rules
• Create/Update TSA Rules

At the functional area level, Workflow Designer provides the ability to perform the following actions:

• Save As
• Update
• Delete
• Add new states
• Expand states
• Collapse states
• Create/Update TSA Rules
• Create/Update CA Rules

At the state level, Workflow Designer provides the ability to perform the following actions:

• Save As
• Update
• Delete
• Create/Update TSA Rules
• Create/Update CA Rules
