The Work Standards table is used to specify performance-related standards used by collector performance management reports to compare work effort and effectiveness in an objective manner. For the standards comparisons in the reports to be meaningful, some Work Standards must be defined. Management can define work standards at three levels, including: Location, Functional Area, or CACS State. The Work Standards table defines the standards that are used by the MRS Productivity and Effectiveness Reports. The MRS Collector Productivity and Collector Effectiveness reports select standards to use from the Work Standards Table beginning at the State level, if not found, then to Functional Area, and lastly, Location. If detailed Work List Standards are not defined, a default value should be defined.
