The Program Assignment Table is a management defined rule set to assign a program to an account. Program assignment rules are retrieved online and then searched for a rule criteria match. When the rule criteria on a rule is met, the only programs that will be returned are those that have not yet been assigned to the account greater than the maximum times within the minimum days listed on the rule outcome.
