Compliance Rules View

The Compliance Rules table contains the compliance rules used for activity compliance tracking. Each compliance rule defines a regulatory compliance limit and period, up to ten compliance groups, and a warning message is displayed when the compliance rule limit has been exceeded for an account in the specified period. The warning message can be suppressed for each user via the compliance message suppress indicator on the user’s user profile.  

Compliance rules are linked to accounts via the Compliance Code table. Up to eight compliance rules can be assigned to each compliance code and each account can be assigned a compliance code.

Activity codes are linked to compliance rules via compliance groups. Each activity code in the Activity Matrix table can be assigned a compliance group.
