The Legal view displays common legal data fields, in a pre-defined format. A green highlight on the tab indicates that legal information associated with the account is available to be viewed. If the legal information is deleted, the CACS Enterprise Browser removes the green highlight from the tab.
The view is divided into sections, all of which pertain to the legal information on the account. To navigate the Legal view, use your tab key to move through the fields or position your mouse in a specific field and left click.
The sections available on the Legal view are:
Stipulation Data: Use the Stipulation Data section to complete information concerning the conditions of the legal contract.
Judgment Data: Use the Judgment Data section to complete information concerning the judgment placed on the account.
Attorney Data: Use the Attorney Data section to enter up to three lines of text associated with the attorney on the account. You may choose to enter information such as the business name, address, or phone number.
Levy Data: Use the Levy Data section to complete information that pertains to the levy placed on the account.
