Levy Data

Use the Levy Data section to complete information as it pertains to the levy placed on the account.   To complete the Levy Data section:
  1. Select the type of levy from the Levy type drop down list.
  2. Enter the date of the request in the Request date field.
  3. Enter the date the levy was received in the Date received field.
  4. Enter the name of the county in which the levy was filed in the County field.
  5. Enter the amount of the request in the Request amount field.
  6. Enter the amount of money received in the Amount Received field.
  7. Click Save. The CACS Enterprise Browser updates the bankruptcy information while also updating the Collector and Date fields.
