View Judgments for an Account

The Judgment view provides a complete, current, prior and future list of the judgments posted against an account.  This view is used to initiate a new judgment posting, reverse an existing judgment, view the detail of an existing judgment or retrieve all judgments records associated with the account.

Follow these steps to view judgments for an account:

1. Access the account using the Access Account option on the Home page or Navigation menu.  The Collections or Accounting views are displayed.  If the Collections views are displayed, select the Accounting push-button on the Tool Bar.  The Accounting views are displayed.

2. Select the Judgment tab in the Content Driven Navigation/Actions (Tab) Area.  The judgment view is displayed.

3. The vertical scroll bar on the right-hand side of the screen may be used to view all of the judgments listed.
