Tool Bar

The Tool Bar provides access to standard collection processing.  The Tool Bar is only available from the Account View.  The following drop down lists and push-buttons allow the user to quickly access the most common collection functions from the Tool Bar:

• Collector Actions

• Fast Path

• CACS Scripter

• Accounting / Collections - if CACS Recovery Accounting is in use, and the account is in Recovery, the Accounting push-button navigates to the Recovery Accounting views for the account. When in Recovery Accounting, the push-button changes to Collections to return the user to the Account View.

• Access Buttons (Prev and Next) - when working or browsing a work list, move forwards or backwards within the work list

• Save

• Close

The Account Timer is also on the tool bar between the Collector Actions and the Fast Path push-button. The timer is a running clock of the time the user has been in the account. The timer can be configured to make the display change color the longer the user remains in the account.

In Recovery Accounting, the Collector Actions, Fast Path, and CACS Scripter components are replaced by two drop down lists:

• Non Monetary Transactions

• Monetary Transactions
