View Contacts for an Account

The Contacts view displays a list of the contacts associated with an account.  The demographic information for each associated contact may be viewed, changed, or deleted using the appropriate and available hyperlinks.  Additional contacts may be added to the account using the Add Legal Contact push-button.  Each contact in Recovery Accounting is a legal contact.  The Contacts view also provides the ability for all contact records to be retrieved and for contacts to be filtered based on the relationship and/or status and/or legal address.

For accounts on the active database the Contacts view is available in the Collections views.  If the Collections views are not presented when the account is first accessed the user may select the Collections hyperlink to access the Collections views and therefore the Contacts view.

Follow these steps to view contacts for an account:

  1. Access the account using the Access Account option on the Home page or Navigation menu.  The Collections or Accounting views are displayed.  If the Accounting views are displayed, select the Collections push-button on the Tool Bar.  The Collections views are displayed.
  2. Select the Contacts tab in the Content Driven Navigation/Actions (Tab) Area.  The Contacts view is displayed.
