Change Hold Date

At times you may need to place a hold date on an account so the account will not be worked until a specified date. For example, if you have spoken with a customer and you know they will not be able to make a payment in the near future, you can change the hold date so the account will not be worked again until the specified date.   To change the hold date:
  1. From the Action menu, select Change Hold Date. The CACS Enterprise Browser displays the Change Hold Date dialog with the existing hold date pre-filled.
  2. Enter the new hold date in the New hold date field.
  3. Click OK. The CACS Enterprise Browser changes the hold date on the account.
