Automated User Update

The Automated User Update (AUU) function allows managers to remove and/or reassign the Responsible Users/Account Owners associated to accounts in a single batch process. Managers can add the necessary entries online throughout the day, and in the nightly batch, CACS Enterprise processes these requests and removes and/or reassigns the Responsible Users/Account Owners on all accounts with the specified criteria of the online entries.

Use the Automated User Update option on the Navigation menu to remove and/or reassign the responsible users/account owners associated to accounts. There are two types of Automated User Updates:

Only users defined with the AUU data group within their User Class will have the ability to perform this function.
