Reassign Responsible User

Use the Automated User Update option on the Navigation menu to assign a different user to an account.

Follow these steps to reassign a responsible user:

  1. From the Automated User Update view, select the Reassign Responsible User radio button.

  2. Select the Add Entry push-button. The CACS Enterprise Browser displays the Reassign Responsible User dialog.

  3. Enter the User ID of the User currently assigned to the accounts in the Current User ID field.

  4. Enter the User ID of the User to which the accounts are to be reassigned in the New User ID field.

  5. Enter the desired Location Code in which the Responsible User should be reassigned.  Wildcarding is permitted.

  6. Enter the desired State Code in which the Responsible User should be reassigned.  Wildcarding is permitted.

  7. Select the Save push-button to save the request, or Cancel to end the request and return to the Automated User Update page.
