The Reference Table Entry Key is different for each Reference Table. The proper structure for the key to each Reference Table is described below:
ACCTYPE The key is a 3-digit number that should correspond to the values entered on the account-level Credit Bureau Reporting tab in the Account Type field.
CASRVIEW The key is the 8-character Reference Table name.
CATCODE The key is a 3-digit number that should correspond to the values entered on the account-level Account Info tab in the Loan Category field.
CBRHDR The key must be M2FHEADER.
CBRSBSCR The key is Bank (5-digits), Application (3-digits), and Loan Type (3-digits). If all fields of the key structure are not being used to define the Credit Bureau Subscriber data then enter the appropriate number of zeroes in the other fields. For example, if the data is the same for all loan types in a Bank/Application combination, enter 000 in the last 3 positions of the key.
COMPLCOD The key is an indicator for State āSā or Country āCā, the State/Country abbreviation (2 characters), Zip Code (5 digits), ZIP+4 (4 digits). For example, for ZIP code 34241-5633 in Sarasota Florida, you would enter SFL342415633.
If the compliance code should be the same for all accounts in a State/Country then just define a record with only the State/Country part of the key. If the compliance code should be the same for all accounts in a Zip Code, then just define a record without the ZIP+4 part of the key.
IRSINFO1 The key is the 5-digit Bank number.
IRSINFO2 The key is the 5-digit Bank number.
LEGALSTA The key is a 5-digit Bank number and the 3-character Legal Status. Each legal status must be defined in each Bank number that will use the Legal Status.
LOANPURP The key is a 3-digit number that should correspond to the values entered on the account-level Account Info tab in the Loan Purpose field.
LOCATION The key is the 6-digit CACS Enterprise Location code and a 3-digit tie-breaker. For example if you were defining multiple sets of parameters to determine the same Location code you would use 000 for first tie-breaker and 001 for the second tie-breaker.
PCOFCBRS The key is Bank (5-digits), Application (3-digits), and Loan Type (3-digits). If all fields of the key structure are not being used to define the Credit Bureau Subscriber data then enter the appropriate number of zeroes in the other fields. For example, if the data is the same for all loan types in a Bank/Application combination, enter 000 in the last 3 positions of the key.
PMTSRCCD The key is Bank (5-digits) and 3-character Payment Source Code. Each payment source code must be defined in each Bank number that will use the payment source code.
REASONCD The key is Bank (5-digits) and 3-character Charge-off Reason Code or Payoff Reason Code. Each reason code must be defined in each Bank number that will use the reason code.
RUNOPT Key is ZLBMOTD.
SCNTITLE The key is the last four characters of the transaction layout name. For example, ZLOMDSA will be MDSA.
STATEREF The key is the 2-character abbreviation for the State.
TBLINFO The key is the 4-digit table number.
TRANCODE The key is the 5-digit transaction code.
TRANDEFN The key is the 5-digit transaction code.
TRNSRCCD The key is the 3-digit transaction source.
