Supervisor Inquiry
The Supervisor Inquiry view is accessed when a supervisor needs to see
the account a collector is currently working. To use the Supervisor
Inquiry function, an authorized user selects the Supervisor Inquiry option
on the Navigation menu. The supervisor enters the user ID of the
user whose work the supervisor wishes to see. If the supervisor
is unsure of the user ID, the supervisor can search for the corresponding
user ID by selecting the Lookup hyperlink to display the User Lookup dialog
box. When the supervisor selects the Go push-button, the CACS Enterprise
Browser displays the account that the user is currently working. If
the user for whom the manager is performing the inquiry does not currently
have an account open, CACS Enterprise returns an error message.
