The Start Work List view allows the user to start working a work list without retrieving statistics. To start working a work list, the user can either:
In either case, the user selects a Location, a Functional Area, and a State from their respective drop down lists. If the work list is associative, the User ID is needed only if the user wants to work another user’s work list. If the User ID is not entered and the work list is associative, the logged on user’s ID is used to initiate work list processing. If the User ID is not known, the user can select the Lookup hyperlink to open the User Lookup dialog box to search for the desired user (see User Lookup in the next section).
After entering the desired work list criteria, the user selects the Start Work List push-button (on the Home page) or the Go push-button (on the Start Work List view) to begin working the list. The CACS Enterprise Browser initiates a work list processing request. If the work list exists and there are accounts to be worked, the Account View is presented for the account returned. If the work list is not found or there are no more accounts to be worked, an error message is returned to the user indicating the proper response.
When the user returns to the Home page or the Start Work List view, the previously entered criteria are displayed. The user modifies the request and selects the Start Work List or Go push-buttons to begin the next list.
