The Interest Rate Change dialog is a read-only display of detailed interest rate change transaction information captured in the account history. The dialog is displayed when the user selects the transaction hyperlink, on the History view, for an interest rate change transaction. Once the details have been viewed, the user is returned to the History view by selecting the Close push-button.
