Notes

The Notes view supports user entry of up to eight lines of free-format text. The text in the Notes view may be modified or deleted. The User Name, Date, and Time of the most recent updates to the Notes record are displayed at the bottom of the Notes view. Collectors use this area to record any condition concerning the account. Notes in this area refer to the account as a whole, whereas comments in the History view refer to an individual collections event. The CACS Enterprise Browser indicates the presence of collection notes by displaying a blue triangle to the right of the label in the Notes view. If the user removes existing notes, the indicator is removed.
