Initial Contact

This dialog box displays a summary of information regarding the customer being contacted. Summary information includes the customer's name, address, and other identifying information as well as account balance, amount delinquent, current due amount and total amount due. This dialog also displays the number of cycles the customer is delinquent, the preferred language of the customer, the current CACS state, and recent history activity on the account. Click Close to close the dialog box.
