The Credit Bureau view displays the contents of the selected credit bureau report that is currently on file for the accountholder. Credit bureau reports are requested through an automated interface between CACS Enterprise and BureauLink Enterprise. BureauLink Enterprise must be installed and operational to retrieve reports for view.
After the credit bureau request has been made, history entries on the account indicate that the response has been posted (Bureau Found history entry). The credit bureau request may result in one or more hits, or no hit if the subject of the report request was not found. If a credit bureau report has been located, the Credit Bureau tab may be selected; the desired hit number indicated, and the Retrieve push-button selected. The report will be retrieved, and presented in the report view area.
The credit bureau reports, if available for an account, are not retrieved when an account inquiry is processed. The credit bureau report data is only retrieved when the user initiates retrieval.
