The administration utility is a facility that allows a user with appropriate access privileges to perform system commands for the server they are currently running on. Examples of system processes are:
on-demand reload of reference data from CACS Enterprise,
setting the debugging level for the server,
setting the recording mode of the server to record or not record xml transmissions to and from the CACS Enterprise system,
viewing the reference data cache on the server,
viewing the runtime configuration file for the server, and
viewing recorded transactions.
