Account Overview Area

The Account Overview contains tools for basic collections management (responsible collector and hold date), customer contact information, and a free-form line for user notes.

The first section contains frequently referenced customer contact information, including name, address, city, state, ZIP Code, and telephone numbers.  The CACS Enterprise Browser automatically downloads the two contact information records contained on the extract when the user accesses an account.  The CACS Enterprise Browser automatically loads 10 contact records, but has the capacity to store and display up to 989 additional records.  To scroll through the downloaded Contact entries, the user selects the Next or Previous push-button, represented by an arrow pointing to the right or left, respectively.  When the last record is displayed and the user selects the Next push-button, the CACS Enterprise Browser presents a dialog box informing the user that the last record has been viewed and asks whether the user wishes to retrieve the next 10 contact information records.  This cycle repeats until all records are downloaded.  When there are no more records to view or download, the right arrow is disabled.  The user retrieves more than 10 records at a time by accessing the Contacts view.  The Contact entries in this section are modifiable only when the user is in the Contacts view.

The Flash Memo is a scratch pad area for free-form notes.  The User may enter high-priority memos that remain on the view whenever the account is accessed.

The Hold Date shows the date that the account is scheduled for re-evaluation for inclusion on a work list.

The Responsible User is the user, if any, that is assigned to work the account.  If the account has been assigned an Account Owner, the Browser will display the Account Owner label rather than Responsible User.  Account Owner is the user who has been assigned to own and work the account until the end of an ownership period defined by ownership type parameters.   The Responsible Manager is the user assigned to work the account when it resides in a Review state and is owned by an Account Owner who is not able to work that state.
