Skip Tracing allows you to locate a specific accountholder whose demographic information is no longer valid. The skip trace results return information that might help you locate the debtor. For example, the skip trace results may locate the name and addresses of the debtor’s next-door neighbor. You then can contact the neighbor and find out if the debtor is still located at that particular address or if the neighbor has information on the accountholder’s current location.
Use the Skip Trace tab to view skip trace reports that have been returned from the skip trace agency and perform contact activities. A green highlight indicates that there are associated accounts available to be viewed.
As you work through the lists of contacts displayed, you may check off the contact using the Check As… drop down list.
