The Request Report view allows you to request one of four types of collection reports by selecting specific report parameters such as the type of report, the number of requests for the report, the date range or period, and the frequency. Use the Request Report option on the Reporting menu to display the view.
The four types of collection reports available to view are:
Aging
Collector Productivity
Collector Effectiveness
Trend Analysis
The following are the sections of the Report Request view:
Report Definition
Use the Report Definition section to select the report you wish to create, the request number associated with the report, and the frequency of the report.
Follow these steps to complete the Report Definition section:
Select the name of the report you wish to create from the Report Name drop down.
Enter the report request number in the Request Number field.
Select how often you wish to generate your requested report from the Report Frequency drop down.
Report Details
Use the Report Details section to specify location, cycle ID, functional area, state, and collector ID, as well as the time period from which to pull the data from for the report. This section also includes the Summary Options, Print Options, and currency selection areas.
Follow these steps to complete the Report Details section:
Enter the desired location code in the Location field, if applicable.
Enter the desired Cycle ID, if applicable.
Enter the desired Functional Area, if applicable.
Enter the desired State, if applicable.
If applicable, enter the desired collector in the User ID field or click the Lookup hyperlink to search for a specific collector.
Select either date range or period. One of the radio buttons must be selected.
Enter the to and from dates in the corresponding fields or click the Calendar icon to select the date from the calendar if the Date Range radio button is selected.
Select the day of the report from the Period drop down if the Period radio button is selected.
Use the Summary Option section to specify how the selected data is organized on the report and in what order. If at any time, you wish to reset these values, click Clear.
Use Print Options section to specify how you would like to view the report. To complete the Print Options section, select Online, Hardcopy, or both. If both buttons are left unchecked, the CACS Enterprise Browser generates both an online copy and a hard copy of your requested report.
Use the Report’s Currency Type drop down list to select the desired currency in which you would like the report run.
The Divide By drop down list allows you to select how to display the currency on the report.
When all sections have been completed click Submit, to initiate your report request. Click Clear to close the view without generating a report. Depending on what was selected as print options, the CACS Enterprise Browser either displays or prints the requested report, or does both.
