If an account has been sold to a pool (i.e. Sale Indicator on the Account Details view is Sold) the user may remove the account from the sold pool if the account exists on the Recovery Accounting Subsystem active database files. The account is removed by selecting the Remove Account From Sold Pool transaction from the Select a Non-Monetary Transaction drop down list. The transaction is only available if the Sale Indicator on the Account Details view is Sold. If the transaction is selected the Remove Account From Sol Pool dialog is displayed and the user selects the Save push-button.
The selection of the Save push-button is used to submit a Remove Account From Sold Pool (35866) transaction to Recovery Accounting. If the transaction successfully posts a Remove Account From Sold Pool (35866) transaction is posted to history, the sale indicator is changed to Available, the date sold and sold loan pool number are set to zero, GL is written to transfer the balance at the time of sale from the pool back to the bank, the dialog is closed, and the user is returned to the originating view. If the transaction does not successfully post the errors are returned to the CACS Enterprise Browser and displayed in the Messages dialog.
The user may terminate Remove Account From Sold Pool request by selecting the Cancel push-button.
