Contacts on an account may be deleted using the Delete hyperlink option in the Actions column on the Contacts view. The Delete hyperlink is not available for the CACS Enterprise extract contacts and for any contacts that have a Relationship type of Primary.
The Delete hyperlink is not available for inactive accounts.
Follow these steps to delete a contact:
Select the OK push-button to delete the contact. The Delete Contact Confirmation dialog is closed and the contact is removed from the Contacts view. The Save push-button must be selected to delete the contact from the Recovery Accounting database.
To cancel the delete request, select the Cancel push-button on the Delete Contact Confirmation dialog. When the Cancel push-button is selected the dialog is closed and the Contacts view is displayed.
