Customer History Request

A customer can request a hard copy of their account history at anytime. If the customer requests history it will be created during the batch cycle and may be sent to the customer the following day.  If the transaction is selected from the drop down list the Customer History Request dialog is displayed and the user selects the Save push-button.  

The selection of the Save push-button is used to submit a Customer History Request (35820) transaction to Recovery Accounting.  If the transaction successfully posts a Customer History Request (35780) transaction is posted to history, the dialog is closed, and the user is returned to the originating view.  If the transaction does not successfully post the errors are returned to the CACS Enterprise Browser and displayed in the Messages dialog.  

The user may terminate the Customer History Request by selecting the Cancel push-button.
