Credit Bureau Parm Change

The Credit Bureau Parms Change transaction is used to change the comment code and the compliance code that are sent to the credit bureau.  

Follow these steps to submit a Credit Bureau Parms Change transaction:

  1. From the Accounting views, select the Credit Bureau Parms transaction from the Select a Non-Monetary Transaction drop down list.  The Credit Bureau Parms dialog is displayed.
  2. Indicate if the account is in compliance for specified reasons using the CBR Compliance Code drop down list.

  3. Indicate a special comment codes for reporting the account to the credit bureau using the CBR Comments drop down list.

  4. Select the Save push-button.  The transaction is submitted to Recovery Accounting.  If the transaction posts successfully the dialog is closed and the originating view is displayed.  If the transaction does not post successfully, the errors are displayed in the Messages dialog.

  5. To cancel the transaction, select the Cancel push-button.  When the push-button is selected, the dialog is closed and the originating view is displayed.
