The Event Schedule view enables you to establish a set of activities that can be assigned to an account as a “To Do List” of pending activities. These activities are completed on the account based on the status of the account or for a required treatment process/set of activities. You can add, edit, or delete an activity from the Event Schedule.
The CACS Enterprise Browser allows you to add an activity to an existing event schedule provided that all activities have not been completed, all of the activity entries have not been populated and the “Allow New Activities” indicator is set to Y. Whenever you add a new activity to an Event Schedule, the CACS Enterprise Browser automatically records the activity description, due date and user ID.
After the Add Activity dialog has been completed, all the Event Schedule entries are sorted in due date order, with those items that have no due date shown last.
The Checklist Schedule allows you to add a checklist item to an existing event schedule provided that all ten of the checklist item entries have not been populated and the “Allow Checklist Item Add” indicator is set to Yes. Whenever you add a new checklist item to an Event Schedule, the CACS Enterprise Browser automatically records the name of the item and the user ID of the user who made the addition.
The Scheduled Secondary States section allows you to add a secondary state to an existing event schedule provided that all ten of the secondary state entries have not been populated and the “Allow Secondary State Add” indicator is set to Yes. Whenever you add a new secondary state to an Event Schedule, the CACS Enterprise Browser automatically records the name and number of the State, its Add Date, and whether the Secondary State has already been added to the Event Schedule successfully.
The Event Schedule is not marked as completed until all of the items in the Activities section, the Checklist Schedule section, and the Scheduled Secondary States section have been completed.
