The Promise Schedule view allows you to view the current extended promise schedule recorded for an account. The extended promise schedule can contain varying promise amounts and due dates for payments on the account. An extended promise schedule is entered via the Activity Dialog associated with actions such as Outgoing Call and Incoming Call Collector Actions.
Access is granted to the Promise Schedule view via the User Class table. A green highlight on the tab indicates that there is an existing Promise Schedule in effect on the account to be viewed. You cannot add, edit, or delete any part of the promise schedule from this view.
