Click on the Add Activity button on the Event Schedule view. The Add Activity dialog box is presented.
Select the appropriate activity and/or transaction from the Activity and Transaction drop down lists.
Select the Due Date by clicking the Date radio button to manually enter a date or select the calendar widget to select the date from the Calendar. Select the No Due Date radio button if no due date is required.
If a due date is specified, a secondary state in the Overdue Secondary States drop down may be specified to assign to the activity when it becomes overdue.
Click OK to add the activity to the Event Schedule and return to the Event Schedule view. Click Cancel to return to the Event Schedule view without saving changes.
