Add a Custom Data Segment

The CACS Enterprise Browser allows you to add any segment to an account to which you have access.  Whenever you add a new segment to an account, the CACS Enterprise Browser automatically records the segment ID, sequence number and label to the custom data segment table of contents on the Custom Data view.  If you add a segment that already exists, CACS adds the segment to the table of contents and increments the sequence number by 1.

Follow these steps to Add a Custom Data Segment to an account:

1. Select a Custom Data Segment from the drop down list next to the Add CDS label.  

2. Click on the Go push-button to present the Add Segment dialog page.  The Custom Data Element dialog appears.

3. Fill in the appropriate fields as needed and press OK to save the Custom Data Segment and return to the Custom Data view.  

4. If the wrong segment was selected or a different segment is required, press Cancel to return to the Custom Data view without saving changes.
