Name Search

Use the Name search option to search for a customer by name. The CACS Enterprise Browser allows you to enter up to two additional forms of management-defined search criteria in the Search key 1 and Search key 2 fields such as social security number or phone number. This helps narrow the search for your customer.   To initiate a search using the customer name:
  1. Select Search for Account on the Home page Account Search / Manual Setup quick access bar.  The CACS Enterprise Browser displays a search data entry drop down area. Alternatively, select Search for Account from the Navigation menu. The CACS Enterprise Browser displays the Search for Account view.
  2. Enter the customer’s name (or first part thereof) in the Name field.
  3. Enter other optional search criteria to narrow your search in the Search Key 1 and/or Search Key 2 fields.
  4. Click Go. The CACS Enterprise Browser displays the matching accounts below the search fields.
If there are additional matches, you can click the View More Results arrow button. The CACS Enterprise Browser indicates the accounts that are accessible to you by making the account number hyperlinked.  You can open the account by clicking the account number hyperlink.
