Attorney Details

1. In the Attorney details section, enter the name of the bank attorney in the Bank Attorney field
2. Enter the phone number for the bank attorney in the corresponding Phone field.
3. Select the phone number format for the bank attorney phone number from the corresponding Format drop down.
4. Enter the attorney for the debtor in the Debtor attorney field.
5. Enter the phone number for the debtor attorney in the corresponding Phone field.
6. Select the phone number format for the debtor attorney phone number from the corresponding Format drop down.
7. Enter the attorney for the trustee in the Trustee Attorney field.
8. Enter the phone number for the trustee attorney in the corresponding Phone field.
9. Select the phone number format for the trustee attorney phone number from the corresponding Format drop down.
10. Enter any other attorney related to the account in the Other Attorney field.
11. Enter the phone number for the other attorney in the corresponding Phone field.
12. Select the phone number format for the other attorney phone number from the corresponding Format drop down.
